Virtual Event: Emergence of the Fusion Industry – 1-on-1’s

Building a Global Fusion Energy Industry

Learn about the exciting developments in fusion energy from key members of the emerging Fusion Industry Association

REGISTER HERE

The Fusion Industry Association is glad to invite investors and other stakeholders interested in fusion energy to an on-line event that will take place on January 7, 2021.

This will be a unique opportunity to learn about this exciting technology, emerging industry and investment opportunities from the very authors of this revolution.

The event will start with a general introduction to the fusion industry, consisting of three talks and extensive Q&A. That will be followed by two “speed-networking” sessions where investors will briefly talk with the representatives of fusion companies in private breakout rooms.

Similar events were successfully held in Palo Alto in 2019 and in London in 2020. This time, we are especially interested in connecting with the Houston ecosystem but, given the on-line nature of the event, we are happy to accommodate a broader audience, subject to virtual room availability. Early registrations are highly encouraged.

Agenda

Note: all times in Houston local time (Central Standard Time, UTC-6).

Part 1 – Single room. Approximately 50 virtual seats available.

10:30 – 10:40 CST Andrew Holland (Fusion Industry Association director) – Introduction

10:40 – 10:50 CST Scott Hsu (U.S. ARPA-E program director) – ARPA-E perspectives on fusion energy development and public-private partnerships

10:50 – 11:00 CST Sam Wurzel (Fusion Energy Base) – The key metric all fusion energy investors should be familiar with: the fusion triple product

11:00 – 11:30 CST Questions from the audience for all three speakers. Representatives of fusion companies will also join the discussion.

Part 2a – Breakout rooms. Approximately 10 virtual seats available (total).
