50 companies cooperate in nuclear fusion; council to be launched in March to develop sales channels

The Cabinet Office of Japan announced on the 22nd that it will launch an industry council in March with approximately 50 participating companies aiming to realize fusion power generation. Research into nuclear fusion power generation is becoming more active, with startups appearing overseas aiming to realize it in the 2030s, and related companies in Japan are gathering to give momentum to development and market development.
